Saleen Automotive, an American specialty manufacturer of high performance vehicles, confirmed that the company is currently in development to produce an electric car for eventual distribution and sale.

No further details on Saleen’s electric car project have been revealed, though the company plans to give an update early next year by revealing a scale model.
